Research shows that those who are able to lose weight and keep it off consume an average of 33% more fiber-rich foods than their overweight counterparts.
How to Lose Weight if You Don’t Like Healthy Food
Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds are all excellent sources of fiber; but so many ask, “How can I lose weight if I don’t like healthy foods?”
Here’s a sweet way to get more slimming fiber in your diet. Berries!!
Berry, Berry Good!
Besides being delicious, berries provide several important nutrients, such as vitamin C, Vitamin K, manganese, folate, … and super slimming fiber!
Fantastic Fiber
Studies show that fiber not only helps to burn fat, but it also suppresses the appetite. Research tells us we need to get at least 30 grams of fiber per day. Unfortunately, some people think that eating a diet high in fiber equals eating foods that don’t taste good.
This sugar-free berry sauce is here to prove that notion wrong. Grab a fork, and get ready to enjoy some wonderfully sweet and flavorful Berry Berry Sauce over your waffles or pancakes and you’ll soon see that you can eat your daily dose of fiber and enjoy every single bite!
How to Serve Sugar-Free Berry Sauce
In addition to waffles and pancakes, we also enjoy yummy sauce on French toast, oatmeal, and even apple crisp and granola! Oh, and we love it on this Pineapple Coconut Breakfast Rice.
Sugar-Free Berry Sauce
A breakfast of this delicious sugar-free berry sauce over Wonderful Oat Waffles provides you an abundance of slimming nutrients including 27(!!) grams of fat-fighting fiber! That’s almost twice as much fiber as the average American eats in a whole day!!

You might want to add Raspberries if you really want to use a magic weight loss ingredient.
Even Dr Oz says so. 🙂
Hi Josephine,
You're right; raspberries are extremely high in fiber. We sometimes add other berries to our Berry Berry Sauce – like raspberries (and blackberries, too). We really like frozen raspberries over our hot cereal as well.
Thanks for the reminder 🙂
Wonderful flavor! We love it, this will now be my go to waffle recipe. Thank you!
