4 Tips to Lose Weight without Feeling Hungry

Are you trying to lose a few pounds?  Do you find yourself hungry all the time?

Just because you’re trying to lose weight, doesn’t mean you have to deal with a grumbling stomach. Here are some easy tricks to keep you feeling fuller longer.

Tip 1. Eat more whole grains

While refined grains, like white flour, white pasta, and white rice will cause you to feel hungry just a short time later; whole grains, like brown rice, oats, millet, and teff will leave you feeling satisfied much longer.

Tip 2. Eat more legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils)

To whom it may concern I am curious about your weight loss program but I don’t see enough details on the plan such as how many meals does your program recommend and how many hours in between meals should u not be eating any foods or does your program recommend u to graze all day? And is it plant based or meat consuming thank u?

      Thank you for your interest in the weight loss program.
      The program is very flexible and can be adapted to meet individual needs, but the meal plans include 2 to 3 meals a day with sufficient time between meals to encourage healthy digestive system functioning. The program focuses on whole, plant-based foods, but it can be customized for individual needs and tastes.
