Sugar-Free, Oil-Free, Apple Buckwheat Granola
You’ll enjoy lots of big, chunky, crispy (and naturally-sweet) clusters in this luscious, oil-free granola.
Most granola -> Full of sugar and spice and nothing nice (for health).
Contrary to popular belief, granola is not a health food as it usually contains a boatload of unhealthy fats and sugar (or other sweeteners). You may as well eat a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. With oil on top.
But I really like granola, so I set out to make a healthier version – one that was sugar-free and oil-free. After a little experimenting, I came up with this Sugar-Free, Oil-Free Apple Buckwheat Granola. It was an instant hit!
