A jar of Sugar-Free Raspberry Jam topped with raspberries.

A few years ago, I planted some raspberry canes at the end of my garden, and as raspberries often do, they’ve spread quite a bit until now they are making their presence known in the onion bed. But, as they have been loading me up with a harvest of delicious berries ever year, I’ve decided to indulge them and move the onions instead.

Every summer, I’ve been enjoying fresh raspberries on my cereal, in almond butter sandwiches, with waffles, on granola, and in fruit salads. And, of course, just plain berries by the handful.

The other day, we were experimenting with a recipe for crackers, and I had the thought that the crackers would be yummers with Almond Cheese. I tried it, and they indeed were.

Then, I had the thought they would be even yummers-er with Almond Cheese and raspberry jam. Unfortunately, I couldn’t try that, because I didn’t have any jam on hand.

So, the cracker experimenting quickly gave birth to jam experimenting.
