Ingredients
2cupsfresh or frozen red raspberries
1/4cupfinely chopped pitted dates
Instructions
Place raspberries and finely chopped dates in a small to medium sauce pan.
Bring mixture to boil over medium-low heat, stirring and mashing occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until date pieces are soft and jam has thickened. Lightly mash any remaining visible date pieces.Chill. Jam will thicken as it cools.
