Someone to Thank

God gave you a gift of 86,400 seconds today. Have you used one to say “thank you?”

~William A. Ward

It’s Thanksgiving week and, while I want to have a grateful heart every day, this time of the year is a special reminder that I have much to be thankful for.

(Did you know that an attitude of gratitude can boost the immune system and promote health? It indeed can.)

And the one thing that I am most thankful for is that I have Someone to thank – the Giver of everything good.

O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.

Psalm 30:12

    1. Hi Patricia,
My program includes 3 weeks’ worth of menus. The meals are easy and quick to prepare, and there are several options for cook-ahead meals so you can keep them in the frig and warm them up when needed. In addition, I have a section in the program with 10-minute meals for really busy days.
The meal plans are designed for two but can be easily adapted for 1 person or 4 people or more.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
      Jennifer
