Lemon Powder – All About Lemon Powder

Lemon powder is lemon juice that has been dehydrated. Lemon powder adds the fresh tangy taste of lemons to recipes.

Where to buy good lemon powder

I use this lemon powder because the ingredients are just pure, organic lemon juice. (Some brands of lemon powder have added ingredients, such as corn syrup solids.)

How to use lemon powder

One tablespoon powder equals about 1 large fresh lemon.

One teaspoon of powder equals 2 tablespoons of juice.

Lemon powder is delicious lightly sprinkled over steamed vegetables or on salad.

Can I use lemon zest instead?

Lemon juice powder and lemon zest will give two different flavors. Lemon zest is more acidy and contains the lemon oil. Lemon juice adds a bright, tanginess to recipes.

Recipes that Use Lemon Powder
