Berry Berry Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place berries, juice concentrate, and sweetener in medium saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Meanwhile, thoroughly mix cornstarch or arrowroot and cold water.
  3. When berries come to a boil, stir in cornstarch mixture. Return to boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Notes

Variation:

Add some fresh sliced peaches along with the vanilla.

Replace 1/2 cup of the blueberries with some frozen raspberries or blackberries.
