Ingredients

full-fat, canned coconut milk
1/4
cup
almond milk

diced fresh or canned pineapple
1/2
cup
frozen mango chunks

frozen ripe banana, cut into pieces
(about 2 cups
frozen banana pieces
)

tablespoon
honey or raw sugar
optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in
blender
in order listed.
Blend until smooth, but do not over blend or mixture will lose its “frostiness” and get too thin. Serve immediately.
Notes
If you would like this recipe to be nut-free, you can use soy milk instead of almond milk.
