Skinny Mayo from the JK Weight Loss Program
or
Jennifer's Kitchen Creamy Italian Dressing

ripe avocado slices

Instructions
Spread mayo on one slice of bread.
Spread a thick layer of cheese sauce on the other slice of bread.
Add sprouts, sliced tomatoes, and sliced avocado (and a little more cheese sauce if desired).
Put sandwich together and enjoy!
