whole-grain tortilla/wrap
or two 8-inch whole-grain tortillas/wraps
White Bean Filling

cooked white beans
drained but not rinsed

teaspoon
granulated onion

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
granulated garlic

teaspoons
lemon juice
scant

Jennifer's Kitchen Creamy Italian Salad Dressing
Toppings

cup
chopped artichoke hearts

tablespoon
finely diced sweet onion

cup
chopped lettuce

chopped tomato

chopped cucumber

ripe avocado, sliced thin
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash white beans with lemon juice and seasonings.
Spread white beans on wrap.
Arrange remaining ingredients down center of wrap. Roll up wrap enclosing fillings.
